If you instruct a real estate agency to sell your property as about 70% of French people, you will sign a selling rights mandate to define the conditions of the mission of the agency. It's a real legal commitment between both parties.
There are mainly two types of mandates: the sole selling rights mandate and the exclusive selling rights mandate. In the first case, the seller can instruct several agencies to sell his property or even sell it by himself but he does not enjoy the benefits that a real estate professional can provide him. For example, properties under a sole selling rights mandate need more time to be sold than under exclusive selling rights mandate that have much higher advertising and more exposure.
With our Serenity selling mandate, the owner instruct the sale of his property only to our group but that does not mean that it will be visible only in our own network.
Indeed, professionals with many agencies like us can rely on their physical network (35 real estate agencies from the spanish border to the Landes atlantic coast) and our financial capacity allows to publish your ad on many real estate platforms.
Moreover, according to our membership to the AMEPI network, we share your ad with our main competitors. Your property will have a maximum exposure in all the AMEPI Network and that takes over all benefit from a sole selling rights mandate.
According to the engagment of a Serenity selling mandates a number of privileges will apply:
